01 Overview of the Platform

Ownify is an online marketplace that connects buyers and vendors for the sale and purchase of goods. Ownify facilitates orders, payments, and delivery services through the platform.

Note: All transactions must be completed through Ownify. Any attempt to bypass the platform is strictly prohibited.

02 Vendor Registration & Verification

• Provide valid identification documents for verification
• Provide accurate personal and business information
• Submit payment details including Mobile Money or bank account information for payouts

Ownify reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any vendor account at its discretion.

03 Commission on Sales

Ownify charges a 3% commission on every successful sale made through the platform.

• The commission is automatically deducted before vendor payouts
• Vendors agree to this commission structure upon registration
• Ownify may revise commission rates with prior notice

04 Payments & Payouts

All customer payments are processed through Ownify’s payment system (including Paystack or other providers). Vendor earnings are disbursed after order completion and confirmation.

05 Product Delivery & Pickup

Delivery may take up to 7 days or more depending on location and logistics conditions. Customers may also choose pickup stations where available; please note that selecting a pickup station may attract additional fees.

06 Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions

Violation of this rule may result in account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, or forfeiture of pending earnings.

07 Suspension and Termination

Ownify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings that violate rules, and withhold payments in cases of fraud, abuse, or disputes.
