Drop-Off

You have 3 days to drop off the item.

In Transit

Reverse to Quality Check in Tema within 3-4 business days.

Quality Check

Technical inspection within 1-3 business days.

Refund Execution

Refund follows successful quality check.

02 Non-Returnable Hygiene Items

For health and safety reasons, we accept returns on all products EXCEPT the following categories:

03 Electronics & Warranties

If the product has a warranty, please contact us for a tax invoice and visit the nearest authorized service center.

Important: Remove all passwords and delete personal data from electronic items before returning to avoid rejection.

04 Important Return Rules

  • Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted if the factory seal is opened.
  • Wrong Items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Large Items: Refrigerators and freezers can only be returned by contacting us directly.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchange services; please return and place a new order.
